- Prices are based on a minimum of 4 persons traveling together.
- Surcharge applicable for single passenger traveling alone.
- Child Rate applies for children between the ages of 2 to 5 years Fixed 500 Rs. For
whole package.
- Tour prices are valid for Indian Nationals & Foreigners holding Indian Resident
Permit.
- Prices for Non Indian Nationals are available on request.
- These rates shall not apply during any meetings, Incentive, conference, trade fair
and high season.
- All bookings and confirmations are subject to availability.
- Amendment charges, cancellation charges will be applicable as per our terms &
conditions.
- Any increase in the hotel tariffs, fuel charges or taxes, which may come into effect
prior to the departure, will lead to an increase in the tour price. Any difference
in the price will be payable by the client.
- No refund on unused service.

- eRail reserves the right to refuse booking or travel of any passenger without
assigning any reason.
- No alcohol will be entertained and also they should strictly abide to follow this.
- All sightseeing places are subject to time availability and schedule running of
trains.

Payment terms:- 25% Advance payment at the time of booking and Balance payment
10 days before the commencement of tour package. If the Balance payment is not paid
before 7 days of commencement of package then advance payment will not be refunded.
