- Train Late More Than 3 hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
- TDR shall be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing Full Refund.
- If PRS counter Ticket, Surrender your ticket at journey commencing station & get refund from the counter. Full fare Refund without any deduction.
- After filing TDR, e-Ticket Refund process will take at-least 90 days and more.
